THE SHOW

by Marc Camoletti, Beverley Cross and Francis Evans

produced in cooperation with Samuel French

This 1960s French farce features self-styled Parisian lothario Bernard, who has Italian, German and American fiancées, each a beautiful airline hostess with frequent “layovers.” He keeps “one up, one down and one pending” until unexpected schedule changes, and advances in airline technology, bring all three to Paris and Bernard’s apartment at the same time. Adding to the problems are Bernard’s befuddled housekeeper, who juggles décor and menus for each girl, and an unexpected visit from Robert, an old school friend who gets caught in the middle of Bernard’s romantic revolving doors.
